Won a free oil change at a local tent sale, the service department said it was take 1-2 hours. My Tahoe was finished in less than 1 hour. I went to get my keys at the cashier, where I had an invoice due, she later rectified it.
I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday to get my air fixed again they said they didn't have time to check the problem but they had time to wash my car & the air was set different. I had to take my car to another dealership.
I brought my vehicle in right at opening, the service rep. said they would be able to fit me in between appointments. Since I was waiting, I went ahead and test drove another vehicle (chevy colorado zr2). Total wait time was 2 hours, overall positive experience.
I came in to have my heater system checked out on my used car. I have only owned it for a couple of months and have only used the AC. Your technician checked out all the systems on the car which was more than I expected.

I felt I could trust their guidance and advisement. I don't believe I would have received the attention I had gotten, if I had gone to another dealership. My new car buying experience was superb.
