An amber engine light showed up on my Colorado info gauge. A service writer everyone called JC took the info. Notified me later that day that parts had to be ordered for the repair. He kept me informed on the progress thru-out the entire episode, which I appreciate totally. Got the car back and am very satisfied with the results. Had 8 A.M. appointment (E-Mail confirmed). Upon arrival was told my appointment was at 7:45. Other vehicles were being serviced. Had to wait about 45 min. for them to start on my vehicle. Waited until 10 A.M to get my truck. Started home and found the truck had a sever vibration and pulled to the left. Took it immediately back and explained the situation. Apparently when they rotated the tires they left loose lugs on one of the wheels. This leaves me to reconsider where I get my vehicle serviced. Loose lugs could lead to a very serious accident or lug studs breaking or stripping the threads. I am not happy with this service .
I was offered free roundtrip transportation
to and from my home while my car was being serviced. At the dealership they had free coffee. I made an appointment days before and when I got there they took my car in.
